Creamy sea pottery necklace with a sterling sand dollar on an 18 inch sterling silver chain. Sea pottery is tumbled smooth by the sea and sand just as sea glass is. This square tile was most likely from a floor or wall. I wonder if it’s from one of the beach front homes of South Cape May that “toppled into the sea” after the devastating Nor’easter of 1936.

Sea pottery is approximately 1 inch X 1 inch.

Slight imperfections in the piece are to be expected and are proof that it is pure sea pottery. Stone, shell and coral props are not included.
